IRAN, EAST AZERBAIJAN PROVINCE, TABRIZ_ Spring 2007: Gajil's bazaar is located in the city of Tabriz and is a place for poor people who spend their lives with only 7$ a day or even less by vending. Most of these people are living in the poor part of the city with crowded families. The things that they sell are mostly old objects which are not useful anymore in the homes and stores. Everything can be found there, from rusted Nut and screw, old car tire, bicycle, electronic necessities, old shoe and dress to hen and rooster and other kinds of birds. Most of the villagers around Tabriz are coming to this place too..Gajil means "crowded place" which is also the name of old part of Tabriz city. Gajil historical cemetery which was famous as "Orafa cemetery" was destroyed in the Pahlavi period. Golestan garden - the first park in the city of Tabriz - was built in its place. Gajil's historical entrance door with high walls and towers which was one of the nine entrance doors of Tabriz was destroyed in 1959 when Palestine Avenue was constructed by the city mayor....IRAN, AZERBAIJAN ORIENTAL, TABRIZ. La plupart de ces gens vit avec l'ensemble de sa famille dans la partie la plus pauvre de la ville. Les objets qu'ils vendent sont en général vieux, ils ne servent plus dans les habitations et ne sont plus proposés dans les magasins. On trouve ainsi de tout au bazar de Gajil : vis et écrous rouillés, vieux pneus de voiture, vélos, matériel électronique, anciens vêtements, vieilles chaussures et autre poules, coqs ou oiseaux divers. La plupart des villageois des alentours de Tabriz fréquente le bazar. .Gajil signifie "lieu bondé", c'est aussi le nom de la vieille ville de Tabriz.
