La ferme Recreio est membre du programme Nespresso AAA. <br />
Carlos Eduardo Veiga et sa femme, Luciene Veiga, ouvriers agricoles, tamisent les rameaux de cafeiers coupes afin de ne conserver que les cerises de cafe.<br />
Le tamis sert a separer les cerises des feuilles. En le secouant energiquement, ces dernieres plus legeres tombent par terre, alors que les cerises retombent, elles, sur le tamis.<br />

Recreio’s farm is a member of the Nespresso AAA program. <br />
Carlos Eduardo Veiga and his wife, Luciene Veiga, farm laborers, sift the cut branches from the coffee trees, using a sieve, to end up only with the coffee cherries. The sieve is used to separate the cherries from the leaves. By shaking it rigorously, the light leaves fall to the ground, while the cherries remain on the screen.  <br />
